Rhode Island artist Katrina Cathcart is a winner in the VSA arts/Volkswagon “Green Light” competition for young artists with disabilities. Along with the other winners from across the country, Katrina’s artwork will be displayed at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC from September 17, 2008 – January 4, 2009.
